Silicon Valley Energy Map
The Silicon Valley Energy Map, a customization of EnergyVue™, is a publicly available online tool for residents, businesses, governments, and community leaders in Silicon Valley. It was produced by the Silicon Valley Energy Watch, a partnership between the City of San José and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).
It brings together, in a single, easy-to-use format, comprehensive information on building energy and detailed information and resources for next steps to implement clean energy. Users can view the overall and per capita energy use in a given city or zip code, map solar installations and green building projects in neighborhoods and cities and find the right resources, including tips, rebates, and financial incentives, to get started with clean energy.
Silicon Valley is implementing ambitious energy goals, and the map will help track progress, target efforts, and focus on next steps.
